This picture is made very early on in the process of me learning the capabilities of rephotographing in the studio. The image isn’t that difficult since I was still experimenting with the basics which gave it its strength. It’s my personal favorite.

This picture is also made very early on in the process of me learning the capabilities of rephotographing in the studio. With this one I tried a more collage approach. In the beginning I wanted it to look as real as possible but when developing the picture and printing it I noticed that you could see the “mistakes”. I’ve since then learned that this is what makes the image so great. This edge between believing what you see is real and not knowing how it’s made.
